Lisa DuBose is a classically trained pianist and vocalist as well as professionally trained in clarinet. She gained interest in pursuing music at a young age and has sought training through the years to fulfill this dream. Lisa began accompanying at churches at the age of 12. She continued her education at Southeastern College as a major in Music Education with a concentration in piano where she was instructed by Michelle Tredway, She was also trained vocally by Dr. Ron Brendel. It was in college that she developed a love for musical theater and arranging songs for ensembles. After graduation, Lisa continued to write, play, and arrange for weddings, churches, and pleasure. She also had the pleasure of performing in music theaters under professional actor/director Brent Grosvenor. Lisa taught elementary music in Hartford, CT for one year before leaving to raise her 3 children with her husband. She has served as worship leaders in churches in Western and Central PA as well as substitute taught music in the Karns City School District. She and her family serve in Mechanicsburg, PA where she plans to further her education.
